Crawling through an ancient house
Was a fat, little dormouse
Who squeezed through a hole
And found he’d achieved his goal
When he discovered a bowl of bread and cheese
And said to himself, “Eat as much as you please”
As the mouse was stuffing his face
He took a quick look around the place
He noticed a strange wooden plate with a piece of bread
And as he reached across for a quick nibble, bang went his head.
